Any unobligated balances of amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by sections 40001, 40002, 40003, and 40004 of [Public Law 117–169](https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-117publ169/pdf/PLAW-117publ169.pdf) (136 Stat. 2028) are hereby rescinded.
